Terms of Service

These terms describe the current limited use of SAPUN Loop and Sapun Kit.

General terms

Who operates SAPUN

SAPUN is operated by Oleg Golubev, an individual entrepreneur in Georgia.

Products in development

SAPUN Loop is a private pre-release service, and Sapun Kit is offered in early access. Access to each product is limited and may change while the products are being developed. These terms do not promise that either product is generally available or suitable for every purpose. Sections that name a product apply only to that product.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and workspace access secure, for the information you enter or connect, and for the people and recipients you choose to work with.

No SLA or complete CRM promise

SAPUN is provided during this stage without a service-level agreement, uptime guarantee or promise of uninterrupted operation. Neither product is represented as a complete CRM, records system or replacement for your existing business controls. Keep appropriate copies and independent review processes for important information and communications.

Suspension and restriction of access

We may suspend or restrict access to an account or workspace, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these terms, abuse of the service, a security reason, or a legal or regulatory requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will tell you the reason and how to contact us about it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAPUN is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or data, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, SAPUN. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what each product processes and how.

SAPUN Loop

Your mailbox and workspace

You are responsible for connecting only a mailbox and workspace that you are authorised to use, for reviewing the access you grant, and for keeping your account and workspace access secure. You remain responsible for the content of your mailbox and for the recipients and instructions you select.

AI assistance and sending

SAPUN Loop may organise messages, analyse context and prepare AI-assisted drafts. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular recipient, so you must review it and, where needed, edit every draft before relying on it. SAPUN sends an external message only after an explicit human confirmation; it does not make that confirmation on your behalf. Manual AI processing of message content (currently OpenAI) is optional and starts only after the user turns on the AI assistant. Automatic analysis of incoming mail is a separate optional mode that requires its own explicit consent; consent to the manual AI assistant does not cover automatic analysis. Manual AI can be switched off at any time, and the separate automatic consent can be withdrawn at any time. The Privacy Policy describes the data sent, the limits and how to withdraw consent.

Gmail remains the provider

Gmail is the external mail provider for the current workflow. The service depends on Google's APIs, account permissions, quotas, availability and other provider requirements. Changes, outages, rate limits or restrictions imposed by Google may limit or interrupt SAPUN Loop functionality.

Disconnect and revocation

You can stop using a connected mailbox by disconnecting it in the service when that control is available or by revoking SAPUN's access from your Google Account security settings. After a connection is disconnected or revoked, provider operations for that mailbox stop or fail closed. Contact hello@sapun.net for help with access or workspace questions.

Sapun Kit

Access model. The public demo at kit.sapun.net?demo=1 requires no account and uses fictional example data. A 30-day Trial starts only after a confirmed email and password, without a bank card. After it, Free 10 continues with up to 10 active properties and keeps existing data. Pro costs $30 per month or $240 per year (USD; $20 per month equivalent). Paddle Billing is the future payment provider; checkout is not enabled. Pilot Pro is a separate voluntary programme decided individually. Consent to pilot emails and consent to a reply about feedback are separate and can be withdrawn.

Early access and trial

Sapun Kit is a working tool for real-estate professionals, currently offered as an early-access web app. It is intended for business and professional use by people aged 18 or older. A registered account has a 30-day trial with AI property filling, voice transcription and automatic property matching. For a guest, it starts only after confirming email and setting a password; before that, Free 10 basics provide a preview. AI photo enhancement is included in the trial. The public demo does not create an account and never starts a trial. Your data is not automatically deleted merely because the trial has expired.

The Free plan

When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Free currently includes: up to 10 non-archived properties at a time; creating and changing properties, clients, needs and deals by hand; viewings, history, notes, reminders and Today; manual search, filters and choosing properties for clients yourself; working with photos. Free does not include the AI features (recognising and parsing text, filling in property and need cards, improving descriptions and photos), voice input with automatic transcription, automatic matching of properties to clients' needs or other features that require external AI providers.

Archived properties do not count towards the Free limit and are kept; their number is not limited. Archiving frees a place, and returning a property from the archive takes one. If you have 10 or more non-archived properties, the properties you already created stay available to view, change and archive, and you can create a new property or return one from the archive once fewer than 10 are non-archived. Neither the end of the trial nor the Free limit causes your data to be deleted, archived or hidden automatically.

We may revise the terms and limits of Free based on user feedback, the development of the app and actual experience of operating it. We will tell you about material changes to these terms in a clear way — in the app or by email — before they take effect, in accordance with applicable law. A change of terms does not in itself mean that your data is deleted.

Paid plans

Sapun Kit does not currently take payments. The approved Pro prices are $30 per month or $240 per year in one payment (USD; equivalent to $20 per month). Paddle Billing is the approved payment provider. Payment acceptance will be enabled separately; the prices and applicable terms will be shown before any charge. The Trial requires no bank card and does not charge automatically afterwards; you can continue on Free 10.

Account

Feedback is optional and is not required to continue your trial. AI photo enhancement is included in Trial and Pro; adding and saving original photos remains available. Available AI operations have protective quotas; when a limit is reached, you can continue manually. These limits do not change individual Pilot Pro grants.

When guest access is enabled, you can accept these terms and the Privacy Policy and start without an email or password. To secure access, link your email, confirm it using the emailed code and set a password of at least 8 characters. Until these steps are complete, losing the guest session, signing out or clearing storage may prevent you from returning to the workspace. Before securing access, Free 10 basics and two complete voice AI demos are available, including transcription, text review, AI filling, review and saving. Automatic matching is an introductory exception using no external AI. AI photo enhancement and other paid AI outside these demos are excluded. The trial does not run. Securing access does not create a second account or workspace: a confirmed email and password start the first 30-day trial with all data and feedback kept. Repeating this step, signing in or changing passwords does not restart the trial. The existing Free 10 applies after the trial. We do not merge accounts automatically if an email is already in use. Guest registrations and paid AI operations are subject to safeguards; if limits are reached, AI may be temporarily unavailable, while manual work and saved data remain available with a valid session. Participants keep their individual pilot access. For limited AI operations in a workspace started as a guest, one transcription recording must not exceed two minutes. An overlong or unsupported recording is not sent to the transcription provider; the original stays available for manual work. These safeguards do not change a pilot participant’s separate active Pro access. Keep your password secure and use Sapun Kit only on devices you control, because the app keeps a working copy of your data on the device.

Your data and other people's data

You remain responsible for the information you enter, including personal data about your clients, property owners and other people, and for the photos you upload. Enter only information that you are allowed to collect and use for your work, and do not store identity documents, bank details or other sensitive documents in Sapun Kit.

AI assistance

Sapun Kit can fill in a property from a note or voice note, transcribe voice notes, prepare property descriptions, suggest a client's need from a description you type or dictate, and enhance photos. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must check the facts, prices, addresses and contact details before you save, send or publish anything. Photo enhancement is intended to improve the image without changing the property; check that an enhanced photo still represents the property truthfully before you use it.

Sending and publishing

Sapun Kit does not send messages to your clients and does not publish listings on third-party websites. You send and publish materials yourself through the apps and platforms you choose, and you are responsible for what you send and publish.

Not a transaction or legal service

Sapun Kit helps you organise your work. It does not check the legal status of a property, negotiate, hold deposits, process payments or register transactions, and it does not replace professional legal, tax or financial advice.

Offline work and synchronization

Changes are saved on the device first and synchronized when a connection is available. Changes that have not yet synchronized can be lost if the browser's site data is cleared or the browser's storage for the site is full.

Ending use and deleting your account

You can stop using Sapun Kit at any time. Delete account and data in the app permanently erases your workspace and your account; this cannot be undone. Archive keeps a record and lets you return it to work, while Delete permanently removes a record and the data that belongs to it.
