Terms of Service
These terms describe the current limited private evaluation of SAPUN Managed Inbox.

Private pre-release service
SAPUN Managed Inbox is currently a private pre-release service used to evaluate a practical workflow for managing business email. Access is limited and may change while the service is being developed. These terms do not promise that the service is generally available or suitable for every purpose.
Your mailbox and workspace
You are responsible for connecting only a mailbox and workspace that you are authorised to use, for reviewing the access you grant, and for keeping your account and workspace access secure. You remain responsible for the content of your mailbox and for the recipients and instructions you select.
AI assistance and sending
Managed Inbox may organise messages, analyse context and prepare AI-assisted drafts. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular recipient. You must review and, where needed, edit every draft. SAPUN sends an external message only after an explicit human confirmation; it does not make that confirmation on your behalf.
Gmail remains the provider
Gmail is the external mail provider for the current workflow. The service depends on Google's APIs, account permissions, quotas, availability and other provider requirements. Changes, outages, rate limits or restrictions imposed by Google may limit or interrupt Managed Inbox functionality.
No SLA or complete CRM promise
SAPUN is provided during this private pre-release without a service-level agreement, uptime guarantee or promise of uninterrupted operation. Managed Inbox is not represented as a complete CRM, records system or replacement for your existing business controls. Keep appropriate copies and independent review processes for important communications.
Disconnect and revocation
You can stop using a connected mailbox by disconnecting it in the service when that control is available or by revoking SAPUN's access from your Google Account security settings. After a connection is disconnected or revoked, provider operations for that mailbox stop or fail closed. Contact hello@sapun.net for help with access or workspace questions.
