SAPUN

About SAPUN

I created SAPUN to automate real business processes.

SAPUN grew out of practical experience gained since 1994 across business, sales and B2B operations.

Approach

The process comes first. The tool comes second.

01

Why SAPUN exists

Over the years, I have built and developed my own projects, managed companies, and worked directly with sales, negotiations, clients and suppliers. In practice, I kept seeing how much time and attention is lost between the first enquiry, clarifying questions, proposals, documents, follow-ups and the next step.

That is the routine I decided to remove.

02

Where I start

I never start by choosing an AI tool.

First, I look at how the work actually runs today: where enquiries come from, what has to be clarified manually, where information gets lost, and which actions repeat every day.

03

Where AI is genuinely useful

AI is good at routine work: it can analyse an enquiry, prepare a draft reply or proposal, create a reminder, and give the person responsible a clear, structured summary for the next step.

It removes unnecessary work, but it does not remove responsibility.

Next step

A clear next step

Important decisions stay with people.

Pricing, commercial terms, final messages and agreements should not leave human control.

A separate direction for new projects

SAPUN also helps entrepreneurs and early-stage projects build clear client processes before repeated manual work becomes difficult to manage.
