Guest workspace, Trial, Free and the pilot
Do I need an account to start?
No. The guest workspace opens without email, password or invitation; your data is saved there.
When does the Trial start?
After you confirm your email and set a password in the same workspace. Guest work does not start it, and it cannot be restarted.
What happens when the Trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your properties, photos, clients, needs, deals and history stay in the same account; Free 10 lets you keep working manually with up to 10 active properties.
Is AI included?
The Trial includes the approved AI features: voice input, AI card drafting, automatic matching and photo enhancement. Free 10 keeps manual work without paid AI or automatic matching.
How do I join the pilot?
The pilot is a separate programme for 5–10 practising estate agents, chosen individually by the owner. It is free, gives full Pro during the pilot and a year of Pro to active participants after it. A request or a demo visit does not grant Pilot Pro automatically.
Do I need to install a separate app?
Start in your browser at kit.sapun.net. The same product can be used on a phone, tablet and computer.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Sapun Kit keeps working for free on the Free plan. All manual work is in Free: creating and editing properties, clients, needs, deals, viewings, history, notes, reminders, Today, manual search and filters, choosing properties for clients yourself, photos. Free does not include the AI features, voice input with automatic transcription and automatic matching of properties to clients’ needs.
What is the property limit on Free?
Up to 10 non-archived properties at a time. The archive is unlimited: archived properties do not count towards the limit and are kept. Archiving frees a place; returning a property from the archive takes one.
What if I already have more than 10 properties?
Nothing is deleted or hidden: every property stays available, and a new one can be added once fewer than 10 are non-archived.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro costs $30 per month or $240 per year in one payment (USD; equivalent to $20 per month, saving $120 — 33.3%). After the Trial you are not required to subscribe: Free 10 keeps your data. Paddle Billing is the approved payment provider; checkout is coming soon and nothing is charged today.
Can the Free terms change?
The Free terms may be revised based on user feedback, the development of the app and operating experience; we will tell you about material changes in advance and clearly. A change of terms does not mean your data is deleted.
Does Kit send messages automatically?
No. You review the material and send it. Confirm the actual send and record the client’s response so the next step reflects what really happened.
Can AI replace my judgement?
No. AI prepares drafts and structure. You verify property facts, edit the material, make decisions and approve the final action.

Participation is free: full Pro during the pilot, and active participants get a year of Pro after it. Places are decided individually by the owner; a request, a demo visit or feedback does not grant Pilot Pro automatically.
